As you can see I got all the items that were listed on my shopping list at CVS. I scanned my Extra Care Card before picking my items up. A coupon for $4 off $20 or more printed. Ha Ha!! More savings right! By having my list and total all ready and calculated I knew I could use this coupon without having to buy anything extra! WooHoo! So here are my totals for this trip:
Amount Out Of Pocket: $9.86
Amount Saved: $44.00
ECBs Received Back: $16.99 (Just like I had planned)
So you see by taking a little time to go over sales, match coupons up, and discipline yourself not to buy anything you do not need or is not at a rock bottom or very low sales price the time you spend really pays off.
